Meet the Founders

Sea Line Kite is led by João Parente and Luiz Paulo Cordeiro, two sailing sports enthusiasts with different yet complementary backgrounds.

Joao Parente

João Parente has been sailing since 1997. He started in windsurfing, moved to kitesurfing in the early days of the sport in Brazil, and more recently incorporated wing-foiling into his life. With a competitive background in windsurfing — including São Paulo state titles and victories in stages of the Brazilian championship — João brings to Sea Line Kite a strategic, sensitive, and deep vision regarding travel, experiences, logistics, and curation. His focus is on creating well-structured, fluid, and memorable journeys.

Luiz Paulo Cordeiro

Luiz Paulo Cordeiro, known as Luizinho, represents the new generation of the sport. A professional Formula Kite (Hydrofoil Race) athlete, he was born and raised in Cumbuco, where he built his history with great resilience, talent, and passion. A Brazilian hydrofoil champion, winner of national competitions, and a participant in international events, Luizinho carries refined technical knowledge, a precise reading of the conditions, and a genuine connection with the sea, the wind, and the local culture.
