By accessing the website, submitting forms, requesting quotations, booking experiences or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Identification of Sea Line Kite
Sea Line Kite is a brand dedicated to curating, organizing and operating kitesurf, wing-foil and sports travel experiences across Northeast Brazil, including destinations in Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Piauí and Maranhão.

2. Services offered
Sea Line Kite offers experiences related to:
kitesurfing;
wing-foil;
downwinds;
kite trips;
wing trips;
lessons and technical clinics;
customized travel experiences;
traditional experiences with fixed dates or pre-defined routes;
collaborative trips with friends;
curation of routes, accommodations, transfers, local activities and cultural experiences.
Some experiences may involve local partners, such as hotels, inns, guides, instructors, drivers, tour operators, restaurants, photographers, equipment rental providers and operational support providers.
3. Nature of the experiences
Sea Line Kite experiences are designed to combine sport, nature, local culture, gastronomy, well-being, comfort and human connection.
The client understands that kitesurfing, wing-foil, downwinds and trips in natural environments involve external variables and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
changes in wind conditions;
tides;
waves;
currents;
rain;
land transportation;
beach, lagoon or open sea conditions;
logistical changes;
third-party availability;
safety factors.
The schedule may be adjusted whenever necessary to preserve safety, experience quality and operational feasibility.
4. Customized experiences
For customized experiences, clients may provide preferences regarding:
number of days;
start date;
preferred destinations;
riding modality;
skill level;
riders and non-riders;
children and companions;
accommodation type;
land transportation;
extra experiences;
specific observations.
This information will be used to prepare a personalized quotation. Submitting information through the website does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking is only confirmed after operational validation, service availability, proposal submission and payment according to the agreed conditions.
5. Traditional experiences
Traditional experiences are itineraries previously structured by Sea Line Kite and may include classic routes, scheduled dates, shared groups or private trips.
Details of each experience will be provided on its respective page or proposal, including, when applicable:
route;
dates;
duration;
recommended skill level;
accommodation type;
included items;
excluded items;
price;
payment policy;
cancellation policy;
minimum conditions for operation.
Sea Line Kite may alter routes, stops, schedules or logistics for safety, weather, wind, tides, partner availability or operational reasons.
6. Collaborative trips with friends
The collaborative trip feature allows the trip creator to invite other people to contribute preferences, responses, votes or opinions about the itinerary.
The trip creator may define main information such as dates and number of days, and may centralize final decisions based on group responses.
Sea Line Kite may use the information received to organize a customized proposal for the group. Participation in polls or forms does not guarantee availability, pricing or booking confirmation.
7. Bookings and payments
Bookings are only confirmed after:
receipt of necessary information;
availability validation;
proposal or commercial confirmation;
client acceptance;
payment of deposit, installment or full amount, as stated in the proposal.
Prices may vary according to:
route;
number of participants;
accommodation category;
transfers;
support logistics;
extra experiences;
third-party services;
seasonality;
availability.
Sea Line Kite may cancel or release reservations not confirmed by payment within the agreed deadline.
8. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions may vary according to the booked experience and will be stated in the commercial proposal.
In general:
early cancellations may generate partial refund, credit or rescheduling, as applicable;
cancellations close to the experience date may incur operational charges;
expenses already paid to third parties may be non-refundable;
no-show or abandonment after the experience starts does not automatically generate a refund;
change requests are subject to availability and additional costs.
Weather, operational, safety, force majeure or unforeseen events may lead to route adjustments, activity substitutions, schedule changes or partial rescheduling, without necessarily implying a full refund.
9. Weather, wind and route changes
Kitesurfing, wing-foil and downwinds depend directly on natural conditions.
Sea Line Kite does not guarantee:
wind strength;
wind direction;
wind consistency;
ideal sea, lagoon or wave conditions;
exact completion of all originally planned sections.
The final decision to perform, adapt, shorten, replace or cancel an activity will be based on safety criteria, technical evaluation and operational conditions.
Participant, guide, instructor and team safety will always be prioritized.
10. Skill level, health and participant responsibility
The participant declares that they:
are physically fit for the selected experience;
have accurately informed their skill level;
understand the risks inherent to wind sports and outdoor activities;
are responsible for following safety instructions;
will use appropriate and well-maintained equipment;
will previously communicate any medical condition, limitation, dietary restriction or relevant special need.
Sea Line Kite may prevent or limit participation in a specific activity if it considers that the participant does not have the required skill level, physical condition, proper equipment or safe behavior.
11. Minors
Participation of minors must be previously informed and will depend on authorization from parents or legal guardians.
Sports activities involving minors may require specific evaluation of skill level, safety, supervision and itinerary suitability.
12. Equipment
Unless expressly contracted separately, participants are responsible for bringing and caring for their own equipment, including kite, wing, board, foil, bar, lines, vest, helmet, leash, harness and other safety items.
Sea Line Kite is not responsible for loss, damage, breakage, wear, theft or misuse of personal equipment.
When rental or equipment intermediation is offered through partners, specific conditions will be provided separately.
13. Accommodation, transportation and third-party services
Sea Line Kite may intermediate or organize services provided by third parties, such as accommodations, transfers, tours, restaurants, guides, instructors, rental providers and local operators.
Although we seek reliable partners aligned with the proposed experience, certain services may be subject to each supplier’s own rules, availability, internal policies and responsibilities.
Sea Line Kite is not responsible for failures, delays, unavailability or damages caused exclusively by third parties, without prejudice to our commitment to assist in communication and resolution of issues during the experience.
14. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase:
travel insurance;
health insurance covering water sports;
equipment insurance, when applicable;
trip cancellation or interruption coverage.
Insurance purchase is the participant’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in the proposal.
15. Image rights
During experiences, photos, videos and audiovisual records may be captured for institutional, promotional, editorial and brand communication purposes.
By participating in the experiences, the client authorizes the use of their image, voice and name, free of charge, in Sea Line Kite materials, including website, social media, presentations, ads and promotional materials.
If the participant does not wish to authorize image use, they must inform Sea Line Kite in writing before the start of the experience.
16. Intellectual property
All content on the website and Sea Line Kite materials, including texts, photographs, videos, brand, logo, visual identity, layout, forms, routes, maps, descriptions, experience names and promotional materials are protected by copyright, trademarks and other applicable laws.
Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior express authorization from Sea Line Kite is prohibited.
17. LGPD and personal data protection
Sea Line Kite processes personal data in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law — LGPD.
By using the website, submitting forms, requesting quotations, creating collaborative trips or contracting services, users may provide personal data such as name, surname, e-mail, phone number, country, city, travel preferences, skill level, companion information, dates, messages and other data necessary to organize the experience.

Sea Line Kite may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, website, legislation or operational practices.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the court of Forteleza/CE is elected, except where mandatory legal provisions establish otherwise.
